PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for expensive projection facilities by forming an optical disk by using a resin substrate which carries information in the form of a pit array digital signal or guide groove, etc., and a resin-made protection sheet of specific thickness which has a metallic film of specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:The resin protection sheet 9 made of polycarbonate provided with a metallic film 8 made of Al of 1-50mum, preferably, 2mum in thickness is provided on the resin substrate 2 where the bit array digital signal is recorded to a several - hundreds of mu, preferably, 500mum thickness. This optical disk is formed by stacking the protection sheet 9 provided with the metallic film 8 on the resin substrate 2 firstly, pressing them by a pressing device (not shown in figure), and adhering protection sheet 9 to the substrate 2 to made them in one body. |
