PURPOSE:To prevent from causing fault such as reticular pattern at the time of drawing working, by using Al alloy sheet having stress of specified respective values or higher more in range from shearing deformation starting point to max. shear load point, as Al alloy sheet material for deep drawing for beverage can, etc. CONSTITUTION:As beverage and food can materials, Al-Mn-Mg alloy contg. 0.05-1.5% Mn, 0.5-5.6% Mg or Al-Mg alloy contg. 1.0-1.5% Mg is used. These Al alloys have >=30kg/mm<2> proof stress and a sufficient strength even in sheet material having 0.15-0.26mm thickness after rolling. If Al alloy plate material having >=10% stress from shearing deformation starting point to point indicating max. shearing load in rolling direction A, a direction B orthogonal thereto and a direction C in 45 degree angle thereto rspectively, is used in rolling Al alloy to thin sheet material, Al alloy can material having a sufficient strength as beverage and food can materials and without causing reticular pattern is obtd. |
