PURPOSE:To enable a machine to exactly grind a flaw, by vertically providing a strut, driven rotating, on a base bed, which moves running on the surface of a plate material, while providing a turning arm to be mounted to the upper part position of said strut and providing a polishing belt part in one side of the turning arm. CONSTITUTION:A strut 16 is arranged in the central upper part of a base bed 2, having four wheels 3, and the strut 16, providing an integrally formed rotary shaft 16a, can be rotated by a motor 18. The strut 16 mounts to its upper end part a turning arm 20, tiltably by an axis 19, and an arm 21. These arms 20, 21 turnably provide connecting plates 22a, 22b of a grinding belt strut 22 in a parallel link shape. A roller 23, right and left rollers 27 and a bottom part roller 30 are provided so as to form a base triangle in the grinding belt strut 22, and a grinding belt 31, being mounted to be wound between each roller, is driven by a motor 32. A machine, grinding a flaw with the grinding belt agreeing with a repair direction of the flaw by controlling each of these parts in the above to be driven, can exactly grind the flaw. |
