PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for generating data by giving to a software part included in a common data base part at an inlet port a function generating data through simulation of various fetching methods. CONSTITUTION:A computer system 1 is equipped with a process I/O device 2, a general I/O device 3, a central processing unit 4, a fetching part 6, an edition output part 9, a control arithmetic part 10, a control output part 11 and a substorage device 12. Besides, a main machine device 13, a CRT 14 and a typewriter 15 are connected to the system 1. At that time, an automatic data generator 5 is installed on the software part at the inlet port 1 of the system 1, and is equipped with a man machine conversation part, a time acceleration part, a data generation part, a data generation control memory and a time control memory. Thus, since data is generated so that it varies at every input point and has regularity, the time necessary for recognizing whether or not results of a slip, etc., have one vs one correspondence to input data can be shortened.
