PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts as well as the manhour for assembly and reduce the manufacturing cost of a doll toy by a method wherein preformed connecting members are inserted to the arbitrary positions of members constituting the part of trunk, the part of arm, the part of leg or the like by insert molding. CONSTITUTION:A connecting member 24, consisting of a main body member 24a, corresponding to the sectional shape of the arbitrary position of a member constituting the part of a leg 20, and engaging shaft members 24b, 24c, protruded vertically with respect to the surfaces of plates at both sides of the member 24a, and another connecting member 25, consisting of another main body member 25a and engaging shaft members 25b, 25c, which are protruded vertically with respect to the surfaces of plates at both sides of the member 25a, are formed. Subsequently, a member 26, wrapping and holding the shaft member 21 and the engaging shaft member 24b, a member 27, wrapping and holding the engaging shaft member 24c and a protruding shaft 23a, a member 28, wrapping and holding the protruding shaft 23b and the engaging shaft member 25b, and a shaft member 29, wrapping and holding the engaging shaft member 25c and the protruding shaft 22a, are molded by insert molding respectively whereby the part of the leg 20 may be formed integrally. |
