PURPOSE:To equalize stresses developed in the bearing and rotating shaft and obtain required durability with light weight and small structure and make it possible to conduct repair and maintenance for a belt without disassembly by providing the front and rear section of a rotating shaft which goes through the bearings fixed on a main body with fans and fan pulleys. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 208 is driven, a rotational force is transmitted to a fan pulley 206 located on the side of a ventilation fan frame 202 through a motor pulley 209 and a belt 210. This rotational force is transmitted to a rotating shaft 211 inserted into a ball bearing (not shown) which is pressed into a bearing 205 to rotate a fan 207 fixed on the other end of the rotating shaft 211 and air blowing action is generated by the rotation of the fan 207. Since there is a fan pulley 206 on the rotating shaft on the side opposite to the fan 207 across the bearing 205, stresses developed in the rotating shaft 211 and the bearing 205 are not shifted on to one side and no abnormal vibration nor abnormal wear develops. The belt 210 can be replaced without any hindrance from the fan 207.
