Inductive indicators are provided as are power cylinders, all of which work in conjunction with the path guide of the device to indicate and control the movement of the draw screw during tool fixture and release to and from the fixture plates of the machine tool. The drive motor, via angle and worm gears, drives a worm wheel which with an inner thread displaces the draw axially. During its movement, the draw screw is guided radially by a pin running in the tracks of guide tube, thus rotating a fixture heel to the required position. A movement cycle is controlled by the indicators, is regulated with stop heel formations, and during the final stage of the fixture process is stopped by a current monitor connected to the electric drive motor. |
