PURPOSE:To obtain a composition capable of giving crosslinked products of outstanding heat resistance and high adhesivity to metals, etc., by blending a copolymer from olefin and glycidyl ether, a second copolymer of olefin/ unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) a copolymer from at least olefin and a compound of formula (R is vinyl, allyl or methallyl) and (B) one or more copolymers selected from (i) a second or more copolymers selected from (i) a second copolymer from at least olefin and unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, (ii) a third copolymer derived from neutralization following saponification of an olefin copolymer from at least olefin and unsaturated carboxylic ester, and (iii) a fourth copolymer from at least olefin and unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its half ester so as to be 1-99wt% for the component A.
