PURPOSE:To secure such pressure control performance that is excellent in reliability extending over a long period of time, by installing a filter in a fuel chamber being partitioned off by a diaphragm of a diaphragm pressure control valve, and letting fuel, after passing through this filter, flow out of an outlet passage. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm pressure control valve is provided with a fuel chamber 12 being partitioned off by casing members 9 and 10 and a diaphragm 11, and an air chamber 13. And, when pressure of the fuel taken in the fuel chamber 12 is more than the specified one, the diaphragm 11 moves downward against a spring 17, and a valve body 2 is dissociated from a valve seat 1 whereby the fuel inside the fuel chamber 12 is taken out of an outlet passage 14. In the above-mentioned constitution, a cylindrical filter 18 is installed in the fuel chamber 12 as in, for example, surrounding the valve seat 1 and the valve body 2 and, after the fuel flowing in from an inlet passage 7 is filtered, it is made so as to be possible to flow out to the side of the outlet passage 14. |
