<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an article to be irradiated not only from flying up but also from being strongly sucked to an intermediate part even if said article is a thin paper sheet, by forming the suction ports formed to the inlet part side and outlet part side of a suction duct as elongated ones respectively extending to the moving direction of the article to be irradiated. CONSTITUTION:To the upper surface of a suction duct 10 opposed to the upside transfer surface of the conveyor 9 of a transfer body 8, a large number of elongated suction ports 12, 13 extending to the transfer direction of the transfer body 8 are formed in the sides of the inlet part 3 and outlet part 4 of an ultraviolet irradiating function body 1 and a large number of circular suction ports 14 are formed to the intermediate part of the suction duct 10. In the above- mentioned constitution, an article to be irradiated is continuously and strongly sucked to the transfer body 8 in the inlet part 3 and outlet part 4 of the furnace body 1 and the paper sheet on the conveyor 9 is prevented from flying up by the air streams sucked from the inlet part 3 and the outlet part 4 and not excessively sucked to the conveyor 9 at the intermediate part of the furnace body 1.</p> |
