PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus for granulating a synthetic resin or food so as to have a predetermined shape and easy to clean, by cutting the stock material extruded from a slit shaped nozzle orifice by a punched belt slid with the nozzle orifice. CONSTITUTION:The stock material supplied to a heating type nozzle 4 to be heated is heated to required temp. and extruded from a slit shaped nozzle orifices 41 each having the length corresponding to a drilling width and subsequently extruded from the holes 23 of of a punched belt 2 arranged in a shutter like state slid with the nozzle orifices to be fallen on a conveyor belt 1. At this time, the shape of a granulated substance can be determined by the size of each hole 23, the passing speed of the belt 2 and the extrusion speed of the stock material. Both sides of the punched belt are opened and the cleaning and replacement of the nozzle or belt can be easily performed. |
