PURPOSE:To acquire a steering wheel with an air blow to prevent the sweating, by furnishing an air flow groove at the outer periphery of a ring core material, and covering the said groove with a covering material with air blow outlets. CONSTITUTION:At the rear side of the core metals 8 of both spokes and the upper side core metal 9a of a ring, a recessed groove 7 is incorporated to make the air flow through. The recessed groove 7 is formed along the whole rear side of the upper ring core metal 9a and the core metals of the both spokes, and the groove 7 at the end of the right side spoke core metal 8 is opened while that of the left side spoke core metal 8 is closed. At the lower side of the upper ring core metal 9a, is fixed a lower ring core metal 9b made of a hollow metal with both ends closed. The surfaces of the core metals 9 and the spoke core metals 8 are wound by a covering material 12 forming the ring and the spokes 14. An air flow passage is formed by covering the groove 7 with the said covering material.
