The invention, the sealing and pressure-generation method for tennis balls, relates to a method whereby tennis balls which have lost their pressure can be permanently provided with the necessary pressure so that the original bouncing properties are restored. The method is characterised, according to the invention, in that, by means of a canular inserted into the ball, the residual superatmospheric pressure in the ball is removed, a sealant is injected into the ball by means of the same canular, which is still in the ball, and finally a metered air pump connected to the canular is used to generate the necessary superatmospheric pressure.
