Saw-chain guide rail for power chain saws, in which the entire guide rail (1) is of hollow design and accommodates within its shape, apart from the deflection star wheel (2) rotatably mounted in the rail tip, a plurality of further rotatably mounted star wheels (3), the teeth of which, projecting beyond the rail top edge (1a) or the rail bottom edge (1b), engage in the saw chain and are rotated by the latter, and the rail is provided at one of its flat sides with openings for pressing in lubricating grease. <IMAGE>
