PURPOSE:To execute a fine adjustment of a powder quantity to be charged, by providing a stopper which press-contacts with a piston when powder is molded, and controls its ascending position, on the end wall part of an air pressure cylinder which supports a floating plate and also makes it ascend to a powder molding position. CONSTITUTION:On the end part of an air pressure cylinder 12 which supports a floating plate 9 and makes its floating plate 9 ascend to a compacting position, a stopper 21 which press-contacts with a piston 16 when powder is compacted, controls its ascending position, and is capable of adjusting its up-and-down motion is provided. Accordingly. compacting height, that is to say, molding quantity can be adjusted by only adjusting a height position of said stopper 21 in accordance with a variation of density of powder, etc., and dimensions and weight of molding can be always set within an allowable range. The stopper 21 adjusts its up-and-down motion by turning a driving shaft 22 which has passed through the air pressure cylinder 12. |
