PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved silicone releasability and heat resistance, comprising an organic polymer containing a hydrolyzable silicon, a tackifier resin and an organic zirconium, etc., as a curing catalyst in a specific ration. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition comprising (A) 100pts.wt. organic polymer (main chain preferably obtained by polymerizing acrylic acid alkyl monomer comprising 2-12C alcohol and acrylic acid) containing at least one hydrolyzable silicon-containing group (e.g., group shown by formula I (R<2> is 1-10C monohydrocarbon, etc.,; X is OH, etc.,; a is 0-3; b is 0-2; m is 0-18)] in the molecule, (B) 0-140pts.wt. tackifier resin and (C) 0.01-20pts.wt. organic zirconium or organic aluminum [preferably compound shown by the formula II or formula III (n is 0-4; l is 0-3; R is 1-20C monofunctional hydrocarbon; Y is 1-8C hydrocarbon, etc.,)] as a curing catalyst.
