摘要 The invention relates to an arrangement for stabilizing the emission frequency of a semiconductor laser having a grid structure which reflects a portion of the radiation power into the laser and whose grid constant is matched to the stabilization frequency. More accurate and simpler stabilization of a desired emission line of the semiconductor laser is made possible in that the grid structure is formed in a section of a monomode light waveguide (2) by static pressure forces which follow one another in the beam direction at the spacing of the grid constant (s), are applied in the cross-sectional direction and are produced by a pressure generator (3, 5, 6) which rests on the monomode light waveguide, and that the distances between the pressure maxima and/or their axial position with respect to the beam direction are variable by means of electrically operated control means. <IMAGE>
