PURPOSE:To simplify winding of a coil to facilitate automation and to eliminate joints in a magnetic core member, by installing bobbins, which are cut or split, so that they surround and axis part of the iron core member, and then winding a coil wire around it. CONSTITUTION:Split bobbins 10a and 10b, which are cut in half, are installed so that they surround an axis part 20a of a magnetic core member 20, combined and jointed with adhesives or the like being used at their split points. And, an coil wire is wound around the bobbins 10a and 10b to obtain winding of a coil 30. In order to wind the coil, for example, padding is performed between the bobbins 10a and 10b so that they rotate unitedly with the magnetic core member 20. After setting them at a coil-winding machine, the magnetic core member 20 is rotated, with it held at the coil-winding machine, to wind the coil wire around the bobbins 10a and 10b. In case the bobbin is composed of soft plastics or the like, this cylindrical shape is cut open at a slit 11 which is provided at one part of the bobbin 10 and the bobbin 10 is elastically deformed in a C-character shape, capable of being installed at the axis part 20a. |
