PURPOSE:To attain more efficient use of a communication enable time by starting an alarm sending means at a point of time just before the end of the communication enable time so as to send an alarm signal before the communication enable time elapses. CONSTITUTION:A transmission station TX calls an opposite station RX and then a timer circuit 130 counts the communication elapsed time to forecast the limit of the communication enable time T. A setting time (t) near the limit of the communication enable time T is set as a time limit by the timer circuit 130, and the setting time (t) is set to a time to a degree when the alarm signal of a prescribed format is sent in a time (ta) being the subtraction of a time limit (t) from the communication enable time T. When the timer circuit 130 comes to the time limit (t), an alarm signal sending section 160 is started, which sends an alarm signal to a reception station RX. The reception station RX identifies the alarm signal included in the received signal and executes a prescribed communication end processing.
