The device has a syringe body (1) which forms a cylinder space (4) intended for multiple use and has a nozzle (2) at one end of the cylinder space and, for limiting the other end of the cylinder space, comprises a piston (5) that rests against the cylinder space wall under pre-tension and can be displaced therein by means of a piston rod (6) that projects from the syringe body and is connected to a handle (7).
