PURPOSE:To reduce equally the noise amount at the input side of the 1st and 2nd multipliers by supplying the signals undergone the scaling through the 3rd adder, a delay element and the 3rd amplifier to both the 1st and 2nd multipliers of the feedback and feedforward loops respectively. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 11 is connected to an input terminal of an adder 13 and the output terminal of the adder 13 is connected to the input terminals of both adders 14 and 17 respectively. The output terminal of the adder 17 is connected to the input terminal of an adder 23 via a delay element 25. The output terminal of the multiplier 23 is connected to the input terminals of an adder 18 and multipliers 19 and 21 as well as the other input terminal of the adder 17 respectively. The output terminal of the adder 18 is connected to the input terminal of a multiplier 24 via a delay element 26. The output terminal of the multiplier 24 is connected to the input terminals of multipliers 20 and 22 as well as to the other input terminal of the adder 18 respectively. Then the output terminals of multipliers 21 and 22 are connected to two input terminals of an adder 15 respectively and the output terminal of the adder 15 is connected to the other input terminal of the adder 13.
