PURPOSE:To execute an assembly with a high workability by bringing a ball to a zoom movement as a lens base moves, by a wire type linking means, and executing separately to assemble a wire and to attach a variable focal lens to the lens base. CONSTITUTION:A driving movement of a lens base 23 is executed by stopping and attaching the lens base 23 to a wire 27 which is turned and guided along a path by two idle pulleys 26, and providing a pulley 28 for driving the wire 27 by being driven by a motor. A linking means 29 for executing an operating motion so that a moving position of the lens base 23, and a zoom moving position of balls 16a, 16b becomes a set relation is constituted by stretching and providing a wire 31 between members 30 which have been fixed to both ends of one rails 24a, winding an intermediate part of the wire 31 to a revolving shaft 32 plural times so that the revolving shaft 32 rotates as the rail base 23 and the wire 31 move relatively, and also providing an interlocking tool 23 for interlocking the zooming operating tools 22a, 22b, on the revolving shaft 32.
