PURPOSE:To replace a unit card and to operate safely a controller and a system equipment without considering the fitting position of a unit card in a card inserting slot by outputting the signal to specify the card when the signal, in which plural unit cards are accessed, is generated from an address decoder. CONSTITUTION:A decoding signal testing circuit 113, only when signals W0-W3 are all '0', and only one signal comes to be '1', the value of the signals W0-W3 is outputted to signals X0-X3 as the gate signal to a buffer 150 as it is. At such a time, to signals L0-L3, '0' is outputted and to an INT, '1' is outputted. Out of the signals W0-W3, plural signals come to be simultaneously '1', and then, to the signals X0-X3, '0' is all outputted, to an INT signal, '0' is outputted, the interruption signal of '0' is returned to an arithmetic unit 101 and the system is stopped. By lighting up LEDs 160-163 of the corresponding card, the card to set the overlapped address is specified.
