PURPOSE:To set the voltage standing wave ratio close to '1' with a small number of procedures by providing a pseudo setting attenuator for desired matching state between a transmitter and the 1st terminal in a matching control mode and controlling the absolute value of the 1st voltage so that it is set at levels higher and lower than the absolute value of the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:A pseudo setting attenuator 10 for desired matching state which can be exchanged with a short circuit line 9 by a switch of 2P and a voltage standing wave ratio meter 11 are connected in series between a transmitter 1 and the 1st terminal 3. Here the voltage of the terminal 3 is defined as the 1st voltage with the voltage of the output terminal of the transmitter 1 defined as the 2nd voltage. This 2nd voltage is transmitted through a voltage divider 15 having the same attenuation amount as the attenuator 10 and divided there. Thus the reference voltage is obtained. A voltage comparing/detecting part 12 compares the absolute value of the 1st voltage with that of the reference voltage and delivers a detection amount based on the difference between said two absolute values.
