PURPOSE:To inhibit communication sent from the same specific subscriber terminal for a prescribed period of time by providing an incoming control circuit to a subscriber circuit set at the incoming side to reject the incoming of the originating subscriber terminal number registered on a memory register circuit through a subscriber terminal. CONSTITUTION:The originating subscriber terminal number is stored in a terminal mode. When talking is through, an incoming control circuit 7b registers the originator subscriber telephone number stored in a memory circuit 5b on a register circuit 6b. Then this telephone number is erased from the circuit 6b when a fixed time passed. While it is informed to the circuit 7b from a common control circuit 4 that the number of a telephone set 1a is received. In this case, if the telephone number of the telephone set 1a is registered on the circuit 6b, the controller 7b informs the circuit 4 that a telephone set 1b rejects the incoming call from the telephone set 1a. Then the circuit 4 informs the telephone set 1a by means of the busy tones and via a subscriber circuit 2a that the telephone set 1b rejects the incoming call from the telephone set 1a. Thus it is possible to reject such intermittent communication of a short cycle as mischief calls, etc. and also to attain average communication with many subscriber terminals.
