CONSTITUTION:When an input/output instruction is issued from a central processing unit, a microprogram control part a performs the time-in of plural number of channels 41-4n with plural number of channel centralized control parts 31-3n through a data bus exchange network 5 according to an algorithm regulated in advance. In transfer, for example, when the error is detected at the channel centralized contralized control part 31 by an error detection circuit 311, and an error flip-flop circuit 321 is set, and an interruption to the microprogram control part 2a is performed with an interruption flip-flop circuit 331 and a connection bus 341, the microprogram control part 2a reports the channel errors of all channels controlled under the channel centralized control part 31 to the central processing unit, and simultaneously, executes the reconstitution of the exchange network taking the synchronization with other channel centralized control parts 32 and 33.
