发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF WOUND CORE FOR INDUCTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of magnetic performance by interposing silicon steel bands among the layers of each winding layer block of a thin band and to the innermost circumference and outermost circumference of a wound core and mechanically reinforcing the wound core. CONSTITUTION:Silicon steel bands 11B, 11C, 11D, 11E, 11A, 11F are respectively wound by sections corresponding to one turn among the turns of the boundary sections of respective winding layer block during a process in which a thin band consisting of an amorphous magnetic alloy is wound, the winding layer blocks 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E are lap wound in succession and a wound core 1 is formed. The silicon steel band 11 are shaped and worked previously to two U-shaped sections, and wound among the turns of the wound core so that the butting sections 13 of both U-shaped sections are superposed mutually. Heat- resistant spacers 15A, 15B, 15C, 15D are mounted to the stepped sections of leg sections and yoke sections for the wound core, and a temperature-resistant tape such as a glass tape is wound on the outsides of the spacers, thus shaping tight binding layers 16. A coil for field annealing is wound on the wound core, and a DC magnetic field having predetermine magnetic flux density is generated and field annealing treatment is executed.
