METHOD OF PRODUCING A FABRIC COVERING FOR CONVEYOR BELT

In a method of producing a fabric coating for conveyor belts such as are used particularly for light goods and foodstuffs industries a two component polyurethane is applied to the basic fabric in more than ten coatings by per se known direct coating methods, the application of the first stroke being 40 g/sq.m while the application of further strokes is reduced regularly and stepwise over the further strokes down to 10 g/sq.m, drying and cooling being carried out after each coating and final preparation for use being carried out by a heated roller cutter after the coating process has been completed.
