摘要

PURPOSE:To recognize storage data without using a reader by providing a voice output means for outputting voice in response to a prescribed starting operation. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 1 is provided with a D-A converter 9, an amplifier 11 and a speaker 13, data stored in a memory 5 is converted into a voice signal by the D-A converter 9 and a voice output is given in voice from the amplifier 11 and the speaker 13. Thus, the IC card 1 is provided with a start switch 15 and the data stored in the memory 5 is outputted in voice by allowing the possessor of the IC card 1 to turn on the start switch 15.
