PURPOSE:To prevent a return light from being generated, by placing an optical mirror having a prescribed reflecting curved surface for reflecting and refracting an emitted light of a very small light emitting element in a prescribed direction, in the vicinity of the front of said very small light emitting element such as a semiconductor laser, a light emitting diode, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the vicinity of the front of a very small light emitting element 1 such as a semiconductor laser, a light emitting diode, etc., an optical mirror 3 having a prescribed reflecting curved surface for reflecting and refracting an emitted light of said very small light emitting element 1 in a prescribed direction. The prescribed reflecting curved surface of the optical mirror 3 has an angle of reflecting for reflecting and refracting the emitted light of the very small light emitting element in a prescribed direction in which it does not go back at least in the direction of the very small light emitting element 1, also forms the emitted light of the very small light emitting element 1 to a true circle beam, and moreover, can correct it to parallel rays or a converged light. In this way, it does not occur that the reflected light of the optical mirror 3 is reflected as a return light to the very small light emitting element 1,a temperature of the very small light emitting element 1 does not rise, and an original oscillation frequency can be maintained exactly.
