PURPOSE:To simplify the titled circuit by arranging an arithmetic unit used in common to plural arithmetic modules separately and providing a changeover means for switching the connection between the arithmetic unit and the arithmetic modules in the picture operation processing to use the arithmetic unit in common. CONSTITUTION:The arithmetic unit 2 used in common for the plural arithmetic modules 1-1-1-n is provided separately from the arithmetic modules 1-1-1-n and the changeover circuit 3 switching the connection of the arithmetic modules 1-1-1-n and the arithmetic unit 2 is provided. When the arithmetic module 1-1 uses the arithmetic unit 2, the changeover circuit 3 applies the connection and the operation processing is applied by using the arithmetic unit 2. Thus, the arithmetic modules 1-1-1-n do not need to have the arithmetic unit individually and then the circuit constitution of each arithmetic module is reduced.
