PURPOSE:To output a clear picture by providing a removing means removing a toner to a photoconductive layer side. CONSTITUTION:At the side of a transparent substrate 1-3 of a non-edge shape photosensitive body 1 composed of the transparent substrate 1-3, a transparent conductive layer 1-2 and a photoconductive layer 1-1, a removing means 20 to remove a toner is provided. For the removing means 20, a cloth-made cleaner, a fur brush, a blade, a sponge, a rotating fur brush, etc., are used. The dispersion toner on the transparent substrate 1-3 at the inside of the photosensitive body 1 is removed by a removing means and the reduction of the picture quality is prevented.
