PURPOSE:To improve the mounting accuracy of an image sensor with simple constitution by forming a reference member on a luminous flux irradiation side of a lens block and mounting a circuit board fitted with the image sensor on the reference member while being deformed elastically thereby mounting the front face of the image sensor on the reference member in the press contact state. CONSTITUTION:A female screw is formed on the inside of an opening part 2a formed on one end of the lens block 2, a male screw formed on the outside of a barrel 4 holding the lens 3 is screwed to the female screw and fixed. A reference plate 6 is fixed to the opening formed at the other end of the lens block 2 and the circuit board 7 is fitted to the reference plate 6 by a screw 9 via a spacer 8 smaller somewhat than the distance between the plate 6 and the board 7 fitted with the line image sensor 1. Thus, the circuit board 7 is fitted to the reference plate 6 while being deformed elastically slightly and the front face end of the line image sensor 1 is pressed and fixed to a step 6c without any gap.
