<p>Application of Surgical Dressings An adhesive dressing suitable for application to human skin which consists essentially of (a) a bacteria proof, transparent film coated with adhesive on one face and (b) a protector over the whole of the adhesive coating is described. The protector comprises a first part and a second part, the first part disposed over one side of the dressing and the second part disposed over the remainder of the dressing, the first and second parts being adapted to provide handles whereby said first and second parts can be grasped and peeled away from the adhesive when applying the dressing to the body.</p> |
