PURPOSE:To attain talking for a long time in an automobile without anrrowering the talking range by providing an on-vehicle repeater forming an information channel of a different frequency with a porable mobile equipment connected to an on-vehicle antenna used for a radio channel. CONSTITUTION:The on-vehicle repeater 2 is provided in an automobile together with a portable mobile equipment 1 and in using the portable mobile equipment 1 singly, it is corresponding directly with a base station 3, and in using the portable mobile equipment 1 in the car body of the automobile, a different frequency from the communication frequency is used between the portable mobile equipment 1 and the on-vehicle repeater 2 and the transmission output is decreased, in so-called minute state, the signal is relayed. Thus, the battery consumption at on-vehicle state is reduced and crosstalk is prevented because the different frequency from the communication frequency is used.
