A method to prepare genetically modified microorganism or plasmid is described. Thus, ovalbumin is used for identification of transcription of DNA which is inserted into Pst restriction enzyme active site of plasmid pgss 15. Double stranded cDNA of ovalbumin structural gene is separated from plasmid pov230 by using restriction enzyme Tag 1. Separated ovalbumin cDNA, which is dG-dG oligomer attached to Pst restriction enzyme of pGSS 15, is located at beta- lactamase gene. Hybrid DNA is used for transcription of E. coli PA 340.22.
