An air inhale pipe(6) is established beside the nylon yarn delivering feeder(5) of the stocking weauing machine. A loop yarn delivering hole(6') and an air inruding hold (6") are made at the outside edge of the pipe(6). A compressed air delivering hose(7) is connected to the air hole. A stretched loop yarn(2a) is delivered. through the hold(6') to the needles with the nylon yarn by the air pressure. The fast delivering speed of the loop yarn make a loop inward the cylinder.
