High-pressure gas (CO2) filter as for the minerals, beer industries is coupled to the gas cylinder by a threaded connector so that bottle gas is forced through the filter as pressed into the filter box, with a chrome-nickel wire mesh to keep out coarse particles. Thence the purified gas reaches an oil and condensate trap, these being drained at intervals. Highly purified gases can now be led onto a gas nozzle for driving into the reduction valve for service. Handles are provided to seize and hasten dismantling and re-fits, and all gas contacting parts are lagged to hygienic specifications. |
