PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity and the size of a charging switch by providing one contact of the charging switch and a main switch in parallel, and providing the other contact of the main switch in parallel with the connection of a resistor in series with the other contact of the charging switch. CONSTITUTION:When a charging switch 2b is closed in the state that a main switch 2 is opened at starting time, a charging current suppressed by a resistor 2a is rectified through the contact of the switch 2b by a diode 3a to be charged in a smoothing condenser 3d. After the charge is completed, when the switch 2 is closed, a large current for driving a compressor is supplied through the contact of the switch 2 connected in parallel with the charging switch to a rectifier 3. Since the contact of the switch 2b may be closed or opened at this time and the large current for driving the compressor may not be fed, a switch of small capacity may be used. |
