PURPOSE:To uniformly and rapidly heat a raw material for CHIKUWA (bamboo-shaped, broiled fish-paste cake), obtain CHIKUWA of good quality and miniaturize a production apparatus, by providing an electric wire in a part with sticking raw material for the CHIKUWA in the interior of a pipe-like skewer and bringing the terminals of the electric wire into contact with electrode plates provided along the outside of a skewer transferring device. CONSTITUTION:A skewer 1 with a raw material (A) for CHIKUWA (bamboo-shaped, broiled fish-paste cake) wound and applied in a forming device 2 is fed to rotating helical levers 6 and 6 of an elasticity forming device 5 by a transferring conveyor 3 and transferred while rotated. The outside of the raw material (A) is then heated with heat sources 4 and the central part of the raw material (A) is heated with an electric wire 7 respectively at low temperatures to carry out elasticity forming treatment. The resultant material (A) is then transferred to a roasting device 11 by a transferring conveyor 12, roasted while heating with strong heat sources 10, rotated and transferred while heating the central part of the raw material (A) with the electric wire 7 and roasted at the same time. Thereby, the CHIKUWA after completing the roasting step is passed through a natural cooling device 15 and then taken out of the skewer 1 in a skewer withdrawing device 16. The skewer 1 is then returned to the forming device 2 by a skewer returning conveyor 17. |
