PURPOSE:To make possible the whole automation of production of high-class worked boiled fish paste having fine surface, by moving each mold member filled with fish paste and receiving plate at a uniform speed in the same direction at a reversing position and slowly separating the relative positions in the upward and downward directions. CONSTITUTION:A receiving plate 2 consisting of natural wood is made to stand by at a reversing and inverting position of each mold member 1 so that the lower end of the mold member 1 may come close. When the mold member 1 filled with fish paste is reversed by a reversing and transferring means, the receiving plate 2 is slowly retreated by a receiving plate transferring means 4 to place a formed material (a) on the receiving plate 2. The mold member 1 is prepared by inserting a piston-like male mold 6 into a frame mold 5 having a cylindrical inner hole (5a) forming the outer shape of a worked boiled fish paste to be formed in a manner of freely inserting and withdrawing. A pattern (6a) in the surface unevenness is formed on the end face of the male mold 6, which is retreated from the end face of the female mold 5 through a suitable distance and held to form a mold cavity part (1a). The mold member 6 is then inverted by a reverting and inverting means 3 to push out the material (a) formed by the male mold 6 from the mold cavity part (1a). |
