<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a film for self-standing type gusset-bottomed gag body, in which a bottom gusset and a gab body are made into an integral body, at low cost by using a mold which combines resin for forming large circular film with resin for forming small circular film by joining. CONSTITUTION:Resin is branched off into the main resin passage 15a of a die 1 and a by-path 2. The resin flowed in the main resin passage 15a of the die 1 arrives a slit 15 for forming large circular film after its pressure is controlled at an air valve 4. On the other hand, the resin branched off in the by- path 2 is controlled in its quantity with a choke control valve 3, past through a resin passage 8 so as to be stored in a pool 9 and then past through resin conduits 10 and finally arrives a small circular slit 12 for forming small circular film after its pressure is controlled at a pool 11. Some portion of the resin for forming small circular film and the resin for forming large circular film are joined and combined with each other just before the resin is extruded from the small circular slit 12 and the large circular slit 15. The obtained film material turns immediately into self-standing type gusseted bag body by being subjected to a bag-making machine.</p> |
