PURPOSE:To make responsiveness in a buffer ever so better as well as to secure stable damping force, by forming a sheet pipe into a double structure having two inside and outside passages, and setting one passage down to a return exclusive passage for a working fluid at the time of the expansion side. CONSTITUTION:When a buffer is in a compression stroke and a fork pipe 13 goes down, a part of a working fluid in a chamber S1 enters a chamber S2 from a passage between an oil lock collar 14 and a free valve 16, flowing out into a chamber S3 by way of an oil hole 16, and another part passes through an oil hole 7 and a passage l1 and flows into the chamber S3. And when it starts to go up by a spring where the depressed fork pipe 13 is built in, the chamber S1 comes into a state of being decompressed. At this time, the working fluid flowing out into the chamber S3 at a compression stroke is not returned to the inside of the chamber S1 at once because of its inertia, but since the working fluid inside a passage l2 comes into a standstill state, it flows in a B direction at once, thus it flows into the inside of the chamber S1 via a return passage 3 of a sheet pipe body 3. |
