摘要 PURPOSE:To strengthen the extent of clamping, by clamping at least the one side of the bearing fitted at a protuberant clamp engaged part solidly formed in a shaft and then applying plastic working to a surface of the shaft situated the one side of the bearing, and forming the protuberant clamp engaged part. CONSTITUTION:A protuberant positioning engaged part 4a and a clamp engaged part 4b are formed in a surface of an armature shaft 2 to be situated at the double-faced side of a radial bearing 3 by means of plastic working of rolling or the like so as to contact, with pressure, to the radial bearing 3. In addition, the radial bearing 3 is clamped to a housing 15 with an antislip screw 13. The radial bearing 3 is fitted in the armature shaft 2 for manufacturing them, mak ing it come into contact with the positioning engaged part 4a, thus positioning takes place. Afterward, a clamp engaged part 4b is formed in the engaged part 4a of the radial bearing 3 and a surface of the armature shaft 2 at the opposite side with two opposed dies of a V-shaped addendum each. Therefore, such solid clamping that is excellent in operatability and non-rattling is attain able.
