摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the instantaneous switching of outputs between a camera and a recording and reproducing device by synchronizing a signal recorded at the recording and reproducing device, such as a camera output, and a reproducing signal from the recording and reproducing device, with the same reference signal, and outputting them. CONSTITUTION:A phase advance synchronization generation circuit 1 outputs a phase advance synchronizing signal 14, the phase of which advances by a share equivalent to the average delay time of a recording signal at a time base fluctuation correction device 100 than a reference synchronizing signal 13 to the camera and the recording and reproducing device. A camera output 15 selected with a switch 12 or an output video signal 17 from the recording and reproducing device is digitized with an A/D converter 8 synchronizing with a write clock 18 and is stored at a RAM10. A video data within the RAM10 is read out based on a read clock 19 synchronized with the reference synchronizing signal 13, and is converted to an analog video signal 20 at a D/A converter 11, then being outputted.
