PURPOSE:To reduce the quality of fine powder dusts to come through a slider mechanism into the interior by entirely interposing a cylindrical cover made of a nonmagnetic material between a rare earth magnet and a hollow cylinder arranged in a cylindrical actuator. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical cover 34 is disposed at the side of a rare earth magnet 30 disposed through an annular yoke 28 on a cylindrical actuator 27 at the side directed toward the outer periphery of a hollow cylinder 18. The cover 34 is composed of a thin plate made of nonmagnetic material such as hard synthetic resin plate, and entirely interposed between slider mechanisms 26 and 26 for slidably supporting the actuator 27 to the cylinder 18. In this case, the thickness of the cover 34 is set in advance so as to form an annular gap between the cover 34 and the outer periphery of the cylinder 18.
