PURPOSE:To enable pneumatic pressure in a tire to be properly controlled in accordance with speed while a vehicle is traveling by providing a separate pneumatic pressure holding member in a pneumatic pressure holding member provided in the tire of said vehicle and expanding and contracting said separate pneumatic pressure holding member. CONSTITUTION:A pneumatic pressure holding member 1 is provided in the tire 3 of a vehicle, while one or plural separate pneumatic pressure holding members 2 made of a tube, etc. are provided in the pneumatic pressure holding member 1. And, the separate pneumatic pressure holding member 2 is expanded by adding pressure or contracted by reducing pressure by means of an external operation, to control pneumatic pressure in the tire 3. Thereby, the pneumatic pressure in the tire 3 can be controlled safely and accurately while the vehicle is traveling, always obtaining a proper pneumatic pressure in accordance with the speed of the vehicle.
