PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge the mutual relation of input signals considering a time interval by performing the detailed indication of an input signal condition, by adding the element of the time interval to the judge condition of kinds of input signals. CONSTITUTION:Input signals i1, i2...in are successively recorded in a wave form recording part 2 and a trigger point is detected in an input signal judge part 1. A trigger signal o1 indicates the recording stop of the input signals to a wave form recording part 2 and a wave signal o2 recorded is sent to a wave form display part 3 to display a wave form. At this time, an input signal gate part 4 performs the gatting of the input signals in the input signal judge part 1 and a signal latch part 5 performs the latching of the signal synchronous to gating and a signal condition judge part 6 performs logical judgement to output a trigger signal o1.
