PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a probe, by directing the axis of the probe to each coordinates axis in a measuring space while keeping a holding part that holds the whole of the titled apparatus fixed. CONSTITUTION:When an idler 32 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction by the rotation of a motor 31, an annular part 11 rotates around the origin O in the clockwise direction. If the motor 31 is stopped when the pin inserted in a pin hole 11a is contacted with the upper end surface 21a of a guide 21, the axis of the probe 1 coincides with a y-axis. In this state, the y-axis component of acoustic intensity is measured. Subsequently, when the motor 31 is driven in the counterclockwise direction and the idler 32 rotates in the clockwise direction, the annular part 11 rotates around the origin O in the counterclockwise direction. When the pin inserted in the pin hole 11b is contacted with the lower end surface 21b of the guide 21, the motor 31 is stopped and the axis of the probe coincides with a z-axis to measure the z-axis component of acoustic intensity.
