PURPOSE:To make the said deformation absorbable in spite of temperature deformation in an outside plate, by installing a flexible thin part in a part continuing from a main body part of a body outside plate to a mounting flange, in case of a device which attaches the mounting flange of the body outside plate, consisting of synthetic resins or the like, to a body structural part tightly. CONSTITUTION:A plastics body outside plate 3 attached to a body structural part 1 is constituted of a main body part 5 long in a car width direction, a projecting part 7 projected out of the said part 5 and a mounting flange 9 being bent out of the said part 7. The mounting flange 9 is tightly attached to the body structural part 1 with a bolt 15 and a nut 17 via seal packing 13. In this case, a part continuing from the main body part 5 of the body outside plate 3 to the mounting flange 9, namely, plate thickness (t) over the whole range of the projecting part 7 is formed into a thin part to plate thickness T of the main body part. With thin constitution, each of corner parts (a) and (b) is formed into a bendable hinge structure, whereby even if the body outside plate 3 is expanded or contracted due to temperature deformation, these phenomena are made to be absorbable by elastic deformation of the thin part 19.
